微信公众号申请审核需要一段时间，原因是因为在进行审核的过程中，微信服务器需要对所有步骤进行调查和审查。

9、Rejection Reasons & Resolution Process: If your application is rejected due to any reason then you need to go through each rejection points mentioned by review team and fix those accordingly until they are satisfied with changes made by you..
