1、首页管理员登录企业微信管理后台，来启动【公费电话】
2、进入导航菜单中的【企业应用】，在基础应用中打到【公费电话】
3、下面图片中已经开启了应用，如果没开启下面会显示未启动。点击进入打开开启按钮。
4、开启成功后，在手机端的企业微信中就可以通过通讯录找到同事打电话了。
5、在通讯录中找到要打电话的同事。
6、上面有手机号，点击手机号弹出对话框，有公费电话呼叫和普通电话呼叫，选择【公费电话呼叫】这样就可以免费打电话了，公费打电话是以转接的方式进行的，打过去的时候首先会接到另一个电话打到你手机上，你再接通就可以了。
